(Kindly, place your order before 7PM for next-day pick-up or delivery! Kotti meal kits stay fresh in the fridge for 5 days so you don’t have to finish the meal-kit in one day. But no one would blame you if you did.)

1. Protein (All included)
ABF Chicken: A gourmet mix of white and dark meat in secrete15-spice marinade (24 oz)
Tofu: Organic, extra firm marinated and roasted (12 oz)
Roasted Vegetables: Potatoes, carrots, zucchini and squash (12 oz)
2. Base: (All included)
White rice with a hint of Turkish spices (20 oz)
Organic mesclun salad (4oz)
Foccacia-like Turkish pide bread (4 quarters) If you need more bread please order additional bread. Note: The meal-kit was designed to serve up to 4 Döner Kebabs served in bread and 2 bowls, salad or rice.

Crispy lettuce (6oz)
Tomato/cucumber mix with a hint of dill (16 oz)
Lightly pickled red cabbage (8 oz)

Home-made yogurt-based garlic lemon sauce with dill (2 x 8 oz)

(All you need to do is reheat, assemble the rainbow of flavors, and enjoy. You can mix and match any of our Kotti ingredients and give it your twist. )
HEATING DIRECTIONS
(Total prep time: approx. 10 minutes)
OVEN:
Pre-heat oven to 375F. Remove chicken, roasted veggies, rice, and tofu from bags. Place in oven-proof non-stick pans or baking dishes. Add 2-3 tbsp of water to chicken and rice, and cover with foil. Reheat all items on the middle rack 8-10 min - stirring halfway through - or until food reaches 165F.
STOVE TOP:
Remove chicken, roasted veggies, rice, and tofu from bags. Sauté items in non-stick pans over medium heat with 2-3 tbsp of water and ¼ tbsp olive oil until thoroughly warm to a minimum of 165F.
MICROWAVE:
Remove chicken, roasted veggies, rice, and tofu from bags. Place items in microwaveable dishes, and cover with a wet paper towel. Heat on power level 7 for3-4 minutes or until food reaches a minimum of1 65F, stirring halfway through.
TOASTING BREAD:
Preheat oven to 400F. Remove the bread from the bag and place the loaf on the middle rack for 3-4 min. Remove when crispy and insert bread in the paper pouch.
